2015 INTERIM REVENUES: €49.1 million

(*) Revenues are presented in accordance with IFRS 5 (excluding Italian operations sold in April 2014).

In the first half of its 2015 financial year, Audika Group achieved revenues of €49.1 million, a purely organic increase of 2.3%. Despite a challenging month of May, the second quarter held up the same positive momentum observed in the preceding quarters. This marks Audika's sixth consecutive quarter of revenue growth.

The breakdown of H1 2015 revenues was €48.7 million in France (+2.3%) and €0.4 million in Belgium (stable). During the half-year period, Audika continued to optimize its network coverage in France by closing several non-strategic centers and opening a dozen new centers, bringing the total number of centers on the French network to over 460.

Audika Group will disclose its 2015 interim results on September 14, 2015 after market close.
