OL GROUPE : NEW STADIUM FINANCING - BOND ISSUE

On 27 July 2013, in the context of financing the new stadium, OL Groupe announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Foncière du Montout had signed bond financing agreements totalling €112 million, including €80m with the Vinci group, and €32 million with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

In this context, Foncière du Montout issued the first and second tranches of its bond issue on 28 February and 1 September 2014, respectively, for a total of €102 million, including €80 million subscribed to by the Vinci group, and €22 million by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

Foncière du Montout has today issued the third and final tranche of these bonds for a total of €10 million, subscribed to by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

As these tranches are fungible, the total amount issued by Foncière du Montout as of today is €112 million.
