Sorry that I have to write in English, but my French is still not that advanced.

I follow ATOS in the last 3-4 years, lost some money, but am a strong believer that it will recover. It may take years, but we waited so far and we will wait more.
A company with 11 billion EUR revenue, 110 thousand qualified employees, strong business model cannot be valued at 400-500 MEUR - it is a joke.

Indeed the management made some bad investment decisions and the level of the debt is quite worrying, but ATOS has many options and is far from the scenarios of ORPEA and CASINO.
The sale of BDS to Airbus is inevitable, but ATOS has also the American branch that can be sold if needed. There are options and I hope that the sale of TechFoundation will not happen. The outsourcing business can recover and now is the worst time for a sale at these conditions.
The share price is at all time low, but we are at the bottom. All bad REALISTIC scenarios are already factored in the price.
The company is under HUGE attack from short sellers, fake news and attempts to create panic. Don't trust anyone, including optimists like me. Think and don't panick. The short selling hedge funds know how to scare you and push you to sell at the bottom. They want you scared - they describe and post pictures of apocalipsis, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, etc. . Everytime the share price shows some stabilisation, they mobilise the rumours, fake news blog, etc. Always the same stories about ATOS destiny to follow Orpea or Casino. Don't trust anyone, learn how to read between the lines. Think what the article tries to achieve, why it is written now, what is the motivation of the author, who benefits from it...Don't panic and don't sell your shares cheap...

    Hello, 

    Thank you for your share, what you describe is right, the situation is confusing and it’s made this way to destabilize.

    Atos top management is on war mode and when you see what we are passing through, they are right, just nobody realizes the violence of the attacks and that we possibly live it in an level of fake of this level. 

    I am going to watch and take distances with actuality, journalism is totally implicated and manipulated. I decided to have confidence on some people on négociations to save Atos, I hope they win.

    Bonjour, j’ai répondu en anglais car la personne indiquait ne pas maîtriser le français. Comme mon objectif est d’échanger, j’ai fait le même effort en anglais que je ne maîtrise pas totalement (et ce n’est pas mon désir de l’améliorer, communiquer est un plaisir, tant que nous arrivons à nous comprendre avec respect, le correct est superflu, cela n’engage que moi)

    Soit dit en passant, j’ai vu après coup que la saisie avait été tronquée sur cette portion de paragraphe « we possibly live it in an level of fake of this level. » Je voulais parler des rumeurs et autres faux dans les médias et réseaux mais ça a perdu tout son sens, merci de me le préciser.

    No-Panic Atos is highly indebted, beyond reason. And profitability close to zero. Financial communication is of poor quality, to be kind. Have you done some accounting? Ask yourself: why would an investor invest in Atos today when there are so many profitable companies paying generous dividends? Best regards.

    And I am asking myself who is behind the recent manipulations in the media - Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Apocalypses now, Save yourself, etc? 

    I always thought that short sellers are behind it, but if you read between the lines of the most recent science fiction article 'Hiroshima le retour' I see pressure to close the deal with Kretinsky...Take it now, this is your last chance or he will destroy you as he did with Casino...

    ATOS should immediately stop negotiations with Kretinsky as it's getting worse and worse. There are other options.
