 MBWS.PA  (MBWS) a annoncé vendredi dans un communiqué :
    * MBWS A DÉCIDÉ DE PUBLIER DES PRÉCISIONS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES
DÉTAILLÉES EN AMONT DE LA TENUE DE SON ASSEMBLÉE GÉNÉRALE QUI
AURA LIEU LE 31 JANVIER 2019 SUR LES OPÉRATIONS ET PROPOSITIONS
SOUMISES À L'ACCORD DES ACTIONNAIRES.
    * UN NOUVEAU PLAN STRATÉGIQUE DE MBWS DOIT ÊTRE PRÉSENTÉ ET
COMMUNIQUÉ AVANT LA FIN DU PREMIER TRIMESTRE 2019.
    * MBWS PRÉVOIT POUR 2018 UN EBITDA D'ENVIRON -28 MILLIONS
D'EUROS
ET UN RÉSULTAT NET COMPRIS, À CE STADE DES TRAVAUX SUR
L'ÉTABLISSEMENT DES COMPTES ANNUELS, ENTRE -60 ET -65 MILLIONS,
TENANT COMPTE DES DÉPRÉCIATIONS D'ACTIFS.
    * LE 23 JANVIER 2019, LES PRÊTEURS AU TITRE DU PRÊT MOYEN
TERME DU
26 JUILLET 2017 ET DU PRÊT-RELAIS DU 29 MAI 2018 ONT ACCEPTÉ DE
RENONCER, JUSQU'AU 28 FÉVRIER 2020 AU PLUS TARD, À SOLLICITER
L'EXIGIBILITÉ IMMÉDIATE DU PRÊT MOYEN TERME D'UN MONTANT DE 45
MILLIONS D'EUROS EN PRINCIPAL.
    * ILS ONT ÉGALEMENT RENONCÉ AU REMBOURSEMENT, PENDANT CETTE
PÉRIODE, DES ÉCHÉANCES SEMESTRIELLES DUDIT PRÊT MOYEN TERME ET,
JUSQU'À LA RÉALISATION DES AUGMENTATIONS DE CAPITAL PRÉVUES, AU
REMBOURSEMENT DU PRÊT-RELAIS DE 7,5 MILLIONS D'EUROS EN
PRINCIPAL CONSENTI LE 29 MAI 2018.
    * COMME ANNONCÉ LORS DE L'ENTRÉE DE COFEPP AU CAPITAL DU
GROUPE,
DES RÉFLEXIONS ONT ÉTÉ MENÉES SUR DES OPPORTUNITÉS COMMERCIALES
CONJOINTES À L'INTERNATIONAL.
    * MBWS ÉTUDIE ACTUELLEMENT L'ENSEMBLE DES MESURES PERMETTANT
DE
RÉDUIRE LES PERTES OPÉRATIONNELLES LIÉES À LA DISTRIBUTION DES
PRODUITS DE LA SOCIÉTÉ EN ESPAGNE.
    * L'UNE DES OPTIONS ENVISAGÉES CONSISTERAIT À EXTERNALISER
LA
DISTRIBUTION DE CES PRODUITS À UN TIERS. À CE TITRE, BARDINET
ESPAGNE, FILIALE DE COFEPP, POURRAIT SE VOIR CONFIER CETTE
DISTRIBUTION.
