(1) The total number of voting rights is calculated based on the total shares minus shares without voting rights treasury shares. On August 31 st 2015, (a) 41 947 shares and (b) 524 293 shares, representing a total of 566 240 voting rights, were registered respectively (a) under the liquidity contract and (b) under the partial execution of the share buyback program both assigned to the brokerage Oddo Corporate Finance.
