1. Including 43,000 new shares in accordance with the contract of an equity line financing concluded with Kepler Cheuvreux on February 22 ^nd 2016 for a total amount of 917,800 €.A shareholder holding 1% of Groupe Gorgé share capital would be reduced to approximately 0,997% of the capital on non-diluted basis.
2. The number of exercisable voting right sis calculated based on the total number of shares minus those without voting rights. On March 31 ^st 2016, 4,800 shares, representing a total of 4,800 voting rights, were registered under the liquidity contract assigned to the brokerage Gilbert Dupont, and therefore deprived of voting rights.
