23 février (Reuters) - Le groupe Fnac Darty FNAC.PA a annoncé mercredi:

* UN CHIFFRE D'AFFAIRES DE 8,043 MILLIARDS D'EUROS EN 2021, EN HAUSSE DE 7,4% EN DONNÉES PUBLIÉES

* UN RÉSULTAT OPÉRATIONNEL COURANT À 271MILLIONS D'EUROS, EN HAUSSE DE 55 MILLIONS D'EUROS PAR RAPPORT À 2020

* UN CASH-FLOW LIBRE OPÉRATIONNEL À 170 MILLIONS D'EUROS

* PROPOSITION DE VERSEMENT D'UN DIVIDENDE ORDINAIRE DE 2 EUROS PAR ACTION

* FNAC DARTY RESTE PRUDENT, À CE STADE, SUR L’ÉVOLUTION DE SES MARCHÉS EN 2022 EN RAISON DE LA CRISE SANITAIRE, DE L'INFLATION ET D'UN FORT EFFET DE BASE DE COMPARAISON AU S1
