BOIRON : SHARE BUY BACK

In accordance with the provisions of the program authorized by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of May 18, 2017, the Boiron Laboratories intend to buy back their own shares with the view to cancelling them, up to a maximum of 75 million euros and over a period between 2018 and 2020 (subject to the renewal of the share buyback program by the next Shareholders' Meeting).

For this purpose, investment services providers will be appointed according to the provisions of article 4 of the delegated regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.
