Amendment to the share buyback program

The Combined Shareholder Meeting of May 21, 2015 decided to adopt the ninth amended resolution relating to the authorization to establish a new shares buyback program, which sets the maximum purchase price at 150 euros per share instead of 135 euros as set out in the descriptive and the draft resolutions of the reference document.
