CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listing Requirements , the Board of Directors of ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (the “Board”) announce the retirement of Mr Fredson Yamba as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 9 September 2021.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Yamba for his efforts and significant contributions to the Company over the past years including being a non-executive member of the Remuneration Committee. The Company wishes him well for the future.
The shareholders will be informed of a replacement appointment (i.e. new director) in due course.
