Luxembourg (Luxembourg), February 3 rd , 2016 - Valtech S.E. [NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0011505163 - LTE], 1 st independent European agency in digital marketing and technology, has published information on the total number of voting rights and number of shares comprising the share capital on January 31 st 2016 in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the law dated 11 th of January relating to transparency requirements on Issuers of securities.

(1) The total number of voting rights is calculated based on the total shares minus shares without voting rights treasury shares. On January 31 st 2016, (a) 59 081 shares and (b) 870 640 shares, representing a total of 929 721 voting rights, were registered respectively (a) under the liquidity contract and (b) under the partial execution of the share buyback program both assigned to the brokerage Oddo Corporate Finance.
