SOLUCOM : Liquidity contract yearly report

On 31 December 2014 and according to Solucom's agreement with Portzamparc SA the following means were dedicated to implement the liquidity contract:

• 13,885 Solucom shares
• 299,413.28 euros
  • €277,603.28
  • €21,810.00 (200 parts of FCP ATLQ.TRESOR.C at €109.05)

Note that at the launch of the contract the means were the following:

• 7,074 Solucom shares
• €94,000 (plus a complement of €187,415 on 13/04/07 and a complement of €100 000 on 12/09/12)
