Solucom informs its shareholders that its reference document 2014/15, relating to fiscal year ending 31 March 2015 was recorded by the AMF on 30 July 2015 under the number D.15-0814.
This document (French version) is made available according to legal requirements and can be consulted on the Solucom website www.solucom.fr, finance) and on the AMF web site (www.amf-france.org). The English version of this document will be published shortly.
The 2014/15 reference document notably contains:
- 2014/15 annual financial report
- the Supervisory board report on the organisation of internal control
- the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting (22 July 2015)
- consolidated and company accounts at 31 March 2015
- the different Auditors' reports
- description of the share buy-back programme
- the table of Auditors' fees.
In accordance with the French "Grenelle 2" legislation, a summary of the social, environmental and societal aspects of the company's activities are also included.
