ORCO PROPERTY GROUP – Major Shareholding Notifications

ORCO PROPERTY GROUP (the “Company”) has been notified about the following major shareholding notifications in relation to its capital increase of 10 November 2014.
On 13 November 2014 Fetumar Development Limited, an entity which is beneficially owned by Mr. Jan Gerner, notified the Company that it crossed 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% thresholds in Company’s shareholding as a consequence of the acquisition of voting rights on 10 November 2014. As of 10 November 2014 Fetumar Development Limited directly holds 100,000,000 Company shares, representing 31.80% of the voting rights in the Company.
On 14 November 2014 ASPLEY VENTURES LIMITED, an entity which is closely associated with Mr. Pavel Spanko, notified the Company that it crossed 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% thresholds in Company’s shareholding as a consequence of the acquisition of voting rights on 10 November 2014. As of 10 November 2014 ASPLEY VENTURS LIMITED directly holds 100,000,000 Company shares, representing 31.80% of the voting rights of the Company.
On 14 November 2014 GAMALA LIMITED, an entity which is closely associated with Mr. Radovan Vitek, notified the Company that it crossed 30%, 25%, 20% and 15% thresholds in Company’s shareholding as a consequence of an event changing the breakdown of voting rights on 10 November 2014. As of 10 November 2014 GAMALA LIMITED directly holds 35,177,765 Company shares, representing 11.19% of the voting rights of the Company.
