1 st quarter 2015 Sales in line with the stated objectives
The MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT Group's Sales for the first quarter of 2015 is €119.2M, down by 4.1% - 6.7% at constant scope. This decline is consecutive with the downturn in order intake in 2014, but it nevertheless remains in line with Group forecasts and thus helps it to achieve its annual production aim.
The order intake for the end of March confirms the rebound stated at the end of 2014
The intake orders at the end of March 2015, which confirm the business trends noted last November and December, are well-oriented; they amount to 1,425 sales. They represent Sales of €151.4M excl. taxes - +9.5% numbers and +6% value, compared to last year (at constant scope: +8.2% numbers and +5.1% value).
This positive dynamic of commercial activity was confirmed in the month of April, with an increase greater than that seen in March; during which an increase in value of 12.5% was noted.
The order intakes for the renovation activity on 31 st March 2015 total €3.5M.
Confirmation of the trends announced for the fiscal year 2015
For the full year (considering the orders taken in 2014 and 2015), the MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT Group has reaffirmed its production stability objective. This will be supplemented with the production from the companies acquired in 2015 (Maisons Partout and Ytem Aménagement).
The Group also remains attentive to the external growth opportunities which may arise in a highly concentrated market.
