ExxonMobil veut vendre sa participation majoritaire de son terminal GNL italien

(AOF) - Selon les informations de Reuters, ExxonMobil a choisi le gestionnaire d'actifs Blackrock comme acheteur potentiel de sa participation majoritaire dans le principal terminal d'importation de gaz situé au large de Porto Levante en Italie : The Adriatic LNG Terminal. L'ensemble du terminal de regazéification serait valorisé à environ 800 millions d'euros. La société pétrolière et gazière américaine a déclaré qu'elle continuait à travailler sur la transaction pour conclure un accord. Exxon a indiqué en mars vouloir vendre sa participation de 70,68% dans ce terminal GNL.
