Transgene Announces Investor Meetings for January 2021

Strasbourg, France, December 16, 2020, 5:45 pm CET - Transgene (Euronext Paris: TNG) today announces that Management will participate in the upcoming investor events set out below.

Transgene will meet institutional investors at the 10th Annual LifeSci Advisors Corporate Access Event (virtual event) from January 6th to 14th, 2021 in conjunction with the J.P. Morgan Healthcare conference.

The Company will also attend:
o Oddo BHF Digital Forum: January 7 to 13, 2021
o Biomed Event (virtual event): January 26 & 27, 2021
