Paulson & Co prend 25 % de BrightSphere

Paulson & Co, la société de gestion de John Paulson, va acquérir auprès du chinois HNA Capital une participation de 24,95 % dans BrightSphere, une société de gestion américaine gérant 238 milliards de dollars d' actifs.

Dans ce cadre, John Paulson, président de Paulson & Co, et Guang Yang, managing membre de H Plus Capital, ont rejoint le conseil d' administration de BrightSphere, remplaçant Enrico Marini Fichera et Daniel Chen.
