NN IP lance des fonds de prêts hypothécaires néerlandais

(NEWSManagers.com) - NN IP lance deux fonds de prêts hypothécaires néerlandais, NN Dutch Residential Mortgage Fund NHG et NN Dutch Residential Mortgage Fund nonNH.

Ces fonds seront investis dans des prêts hypothécaires néerlandais qui auront été sourcés par Venn Hypotheken, une société dans laquelle NN IP a pris une participation majoritaire en novembre 2019.

Venn Hypotheken est une plate-forme néerlandaise de prêts hypothécaires, qui offre aux investisseurs institutionnels un accès privilégié aux prêts hypothécaires néerlandais.

L' un des fonds investira dans des prêts bénéficiant d' une garantie nationale (National Mortgage Guarantee), tandis que l' autre ciblera des prêts sans garantie.
