Getlink refinance une tranche de dette d'Eurotunnel avec une émission verte

21 avril (Reuters) - Getlink SE GETP.PA a annoncé jeudi:

* AVOIR REFINANCE AVEC SUCCÈS LA TRANCHE C2A D'EUROTUNNEL AVEC UNE ÉMISSION VERTE

* LA NOUVELLE DETTE - ÉMISE AU NIVEAU D'EUROTUNNEL - PORTERA UN TAUX FIXE DE 3,531% JUSQU'EN 2031, SOIT UNE MATURITÉ ÉCONOMIQUE DE 9 ANS

* LA TRANCHE C2A DE LA DETTE D'UN MONTANT DE 425 MILLIONS D'EUROS AVAIT ÉTÉ ÉMISE EN MAI 2017 AU NIVEAU D'EUROTUNNEL
