13 avril (Reuters) - Casino a annoncé dans un communiqué publié dans la nuit de lundi à mardi:

* TRAVAILLER À DE POTENTIELLES LEVÉES DE FONDS PROPRES ADDITIONNELS DE GREENYELLOW ET CDISCOUNT, SUSCEPTIBLES DE PRENDRE LA FORME D'OPÉRATIONS DE MARCHÉ

* VOULOIR CONSERVER LE CONTRÔLE DE CES FILIALES STRATÉGIQUES
