    * LE CLOSING DE L'OPÉRATION EST ATTENDU AU QUATRIÈME
TRIMESTRE
2019, SOUS RÉSERVE DE L'APPROBATION DES AUTORITÉS DE LA
CONCURRENCE DES PAYS CONCERNÉS.
    * LAMBSON, SPÉCIALISÉE DANS LES PHOTOINITIATEURS POUR LA
PHOTORÉTICULATION, RÉALISE UN CHIFFRE D'AFFAIRES D'ENVIRON 45
MILLIONS D'EUROS.
