"Martifer Solar Reaches 200 MW Of Clean Energy Installations Worldwide

The company consolidates its leading position as EPC photovoltaic supplier worldwide


It has been continuously growing for the last four years, doubling its installed MWs in 2011
Martifer Solar, subsidiary of Martifer SGPS, achieved by the end of 2011, 200 MW of clean energy implemented worldwide, consolidating its leading position as EPC in the solar sector.
This is an important milestone for Martifer Solar which, through its solid know-how in the production, installation and maintenance of PV projects, its continuous growth during the last four years of activity and its international presence in 19 countries, consolidates its role as a worldwide key player in the sector.
“2011 has been an excellent year and we are truly optimistic about 2012. Our strategy is to focus on the expansion into key markets and to diversify our portfolio of products and services, ensuring a maximum reliability and tailored solutions to our clients”, said Mr. Henrique Rodrigues, CEO of Martifer Solar.
Martifer Solar’s Operating Revenues at September 2011 achieved 186 million euros, increasing by 30% when compared with the same period in 2010.
“This last year, Martifer Solar teams all over the world have overcome challenges showing that it’s possible to succeed in the photovoltaic international sector despite the current macro-economic difficulties.
