ALTAMIR : HALF-YEAR REVIEW OF THE LIQUIDITY AGREEMENT

Paris, 3 July 2014 – Under Altamir's liquidity agreement with Oddo Corporate Finance, the liquidity account at 30 June 2014 contained the following:

• 26,551 Securities
• 267,471.39 Euros

For reference, 18,777 Securities and 437,761.74 Euros were held in the liquidity account at the most recent half-year review of the liquidity agreement.
