TRONICS : THALES EXERCISES ITS OPTION TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHARES HELD BY HISTORICAL SHAREHOLDERS

Grenoble, France, and Dallas, TX, USA - 10 March 2015 - Tronics, a designer and manufacturer of innovative nano and microsystems, has been listed on the Paris Alternext market since 13 February 2015.

In compliance with the information presented in the Prospectus approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under number 15-033 dated 23 January 2015, the shareholders who were parties to the Memorandum of Agreement concluded with Thales Avionics SAS have transferred, at the Offer price, the number of shares required to enable Thales Avionics SAS to now hold 10.20% of the capital of Tronics on a fully diluted basis (or 10.92% on a non-diluted basis).

As of 10 March 2015, and to the Company's knowledge, the allocation of the capital on a non-diluted basis is the following:

Founders: 14.77%
Sercel: 11.12%
IXBLUE: 3.99%
Institutional (CEA Investissement, Omnes Capital, Aster Capital, Innovation Capital): 37.87%
Thales: 10.92%
Public: 10.86%
Safran: 5.86%
Other shareholders: 4.61%
