HOMAIR VACANCES : HOMAIR VACANCE'S CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER HAS ENTERED INTO EXCLUSIVE DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CARLYLE GROUP

Homair Vacances announces that its controlling shareholder Iliade, controlled by Montefiore Investment accompanied by Naxicap Partners, has entered into exclusive discussions to sell a majority controlling stake of Homair Vacances to The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ:CG).

Alain Calmé, Chairman of the Managing Board of Homair Vacances, said: “We delivered a very successful and profitable growth under the ownership of Montefiore since 2006, and we believe Carlyle's support would facilitate our growth and value creation plans for the coming years.”.

Homair Vacances is being advised on the transaction by Easton Corporate Finance for M&A, PwC for Finance, with DLA Piper acting as Legal adviser and Cabinet Cohen as Management adviser.

Further financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
