• Appoints new CFO and its Contactless Solutions Director

• Creates new Terminals business unit

ASK (Euronext Paris - FR0011980077 - ASK) , a global leader in secure contactless technology solutions for the Transport and Identity sectors, announces it has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Delphine Resegotti as Group CFO , Christophe Peix as Director of Contactless Solutions business unit, and Maximilien Nguyen as Head of its newly created Terminals business unit.

An HEC graduate, Delphine Resegotti began her career as financial auditor at PwC, specialising in the Technology sector. In 2007 she joined SBM Offshore, listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange and a major service provider to the offshore oil & gas industry. In 2012, Delphine was appointed CFO of SBM Operations, overseeing its operating subsidiaries in Brazil, Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Congo, Canada, the United States, and Malaysia.

With the arrival of Delphine Resegotti, the ASK Group based in the United States, China and France has strengthened its financial team and reaffirmed its international ambitions.

A telecom engineer, Christophe Peix began his professional career in 1995 in SFR-Cegetel Group's technical division. He then moved to the United States in an expat role for Equant (Orange Business Services). Upon returning in 2003, he held various managerial positions in sales and marketing in the telecom smartcard segment (Oberthur, Ingenico, OneAccess).

His combined expertise in ticketing and telecoms, combined with his international experience, are key assets for ASK. With NFC increasingly key to urban communication, the Group is focusing on its urban transmission networks.

An ENSEA graduate, Maximilien Nguyen began his career in the aeronautics industry. In 1995 he moved to the smartcard industry, working for various international groups including Schlumberger (Gemalto) and Safran-Morpho (Safran Group) and subsequently holding various managerial positions in telecom sales and marketing, digital identity and contactless NFC. Prior to joining ASK, Maximilien Nguyen was Vice President of the Convergence & Solutions business unit at Morpho.

The creation of a new division dedicated to Terminals confirms ASK's commitment to focus on new high-value-added solutions based on contactless technologies for the transport and identity markets.

By bringing these experienced professionals on board, ASK's CEO Julien Zuccarelli is strengthening the Group's managerial structure. “ ASK's combined international team is lined up to speed our development based on the strategic plan presented at its IPO. ”
