H1 revenue up +3.6% (+4.8% at constant exchange rate)

Growth in line with guidance
In H1 2014, the Group posted a €321.4 million revenue, up +3.6% year on year (+4.8% at constant exchange rate).

This growth in revenue mainly derives from the Aerostructures Industrial ability (+7.3%, or 8.8% at constant exchange rate) to keep pace with the increase in production rates and from a dynamic performance of the Aerostructure Services (+3.3%) especially in tooling.

Interconnexion Systems registered a slight 2.4% decline (1.2% at constant exchange rate) compared to H1 2013 which was marked by strong engineering activity driven by the development of new programs.

Thus, H1 2014 activity for Latécoère Group (+ 4.8% at constant exchange rate) is in line with its annual growth target of 4% for “Boost 2014-2016” plan.

An order book renewal which stood at 4 years of revenue
Based on a €/US$ exchange rate of 1.35 and firm orders announced by aircraft manufacturers, the order book amounts to €2.61 billion as of June 30, 2014 up 1.1% growth on H1 2014. It reflects new orders from Airbus A320 neo program and Embraer E-Jet E2 program. It represents 4 years of revenue.
