GROUPE GORGE : Groupe Gorgé announces the winning of its major ever international order for airborne drones

ECA Group, a subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, announces the winning of its major ever international order for airborne drones.

In June 2015, the company will be delivering several helicopter-type vertical take-off drones to a customer in the Middle East. These drones will be dedicated to defence applications.

This order of nearly €1 million is a first purchase that could be followed by most significant new orders by the end of 2015 if the customer widespread use in its army.

This new order confirms the buoyant sales activity of ECA Group, which sold around ten drones in 2014. Several tenders for larger contracts are already in the pipeline for 2015.
