GLOBAL ECOPOWER : Progress report on the 10 MW wind projects in Loire-Atlantique and in the Ardennes

Aix-en-Provence (France), December 11, 2014. Global EcoPower (FR0011289198 - ALGEP), a turnkey constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources, reports the progress of the two 10 MW wind power projects in Loire-Atlantique and in the Ardennes whose acquisitions were announced on September 3, 2014.

WORKS PROGRESS OF THE VAY MARSAC PROJECT IN LOIRE-ATLANTIQUE
The company Parc Eolien de La Vallée du Don, 100% subsidiary of INVESTEOLE SA (99.98% owned by GEP), is progressing with the construction of a 10 MW wind park in the municipalities of Nozay, Vay and Marsac-sur-Don in the department of Loire-Atlantique. As a reminder, the plant will consist of five wind turbines with a hub height of 100 meters and a unit capacity of 2 MW.

The earthworks of the platforms have been finalized for the five wind turbine sites in accordance with the construction schedule. The insert rings, which fix the wind turbine on the foundation and ensure the good transmission of the wind energy to the foundation, have been delivered. The iron frameworks can therefore be implemented and the concrete will be poured in early 2015.

The connection of the wind farm to the ERDF grid is expected in the second half of 2015.

EXTENSION OF THE DEFINITIVE SIGNATURE OF THE 10 MW PROJECT IN THE ARDENNES
The signature for the definitive acquisition of the special purpose vehicle (SPV) which owns all rights and authorizations allowing the construction of the 10 MW wind farm in the Ardennes was to take place on November 24, 2014 at the latest.

The seller of the SPV not having met all the conditions precedent at that date, the parties decided to extend the deadline for the definitive signature to April 30, 2015.

As a reminder, the plant will consist of five wind turbines with a hub height of 78 meters and a unit capacity of 2 MW.
