Global EcoPower (FR0011289198 - ALGEP), a turnkey constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources, is happy to announce the connection to the ERDF grid of the wind farm "La Voie Romaine" in the Marne department, with an installed capacity of 22 MW.
Third wind farm built by Global EcoPower on behalf of third parties, the power plant of "La Voie Romaine" is located in the municipality of Vitry-La Ville in the Marne department (51). It consists of 11 Vestas V90 turbines of 2MW each. The mounting phase of all turbines was completed on May 13th and the wind farm was connected to the grid on June 16th, 2014.
The plant of "La Voie Romaine" will produce 54 GWh / year, corresponding to the electricity consumption of 21,000 households (excluding heating) and allowing to avoid the emission of 14,000 tons of CO2 per year.
The plant will be delivered to the project's owner, the company PEVR, owned by the German group Leonidas Associates, at the end of the industrial commissioning which lasts for about 2 months.
