GLOBAL ECOPOWER : Appointment of Thierry Darier as Director of development

Aix-en-Provence (France), September 10 ^th , 2014. Global EcoPower (FR0011289198 - ALGEP) turnkey constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources, announces the appointment of Thierry Darier as Director of development.

This strengthening of the management teams of Global EcoPower is part of the implementation by the company of its new strategy, aiming from now on to increase the investment in the construction of power plants till their commissioning and transfer to third party investors.

In the management of GEP, Thierry Darier will be specifically responsible for:

• Investor relations ;
• Development of the group's activities in emerging markets ;
• External growth projects.

GEP will benefit from Thierry Darier's knowledge in the development of SMEs through his experience of operational management combining financial skills and development of profit centers.

Prior to joining GEP, Thierry Darier was since 2009 EVP of the Division of Investment of Viveris Management, a private equity firm investing in SMEs in France, French overseas territories and more widely throughout the Mediterranean basin.

During his career, Thierry Darier was also Deputy CEO at the Department of advice to SME of KPMG, and has held positions of Director of Management Control and Internal Audit at groups such as Compass or La Provence.
