The 3rd Shipment was done in Dec, we are working on the forth shipment, we didn't PR the event as we are tired of everyone tracking our every move..

It's not that is taking a long time to change the share structure, it's the fact that we first have to finish developing the mine and build up a cash reserve to handle the stock issue, the share price is not our main concern at this time, this is a very long term project with a lot of work ahead of us, we are only working on 1 of the 4 major iron veins and most likely won't even complete it for another 24 months and then move over to the other side of the river where we have more iron.. The target price of the shares for starting out is $4.00.. but we cannot move into that yet… Thanks for being a long term shareholder, this company is not the typical Pinksheet company, we have no interest in selling penny shares to anyone, we have not sold a single share since the project started, we have stated in news releases that the stock is on its on for a period of time..
