In follow up of my earlier posting regarding ATI Petroleum I have discovered that the company has vanished without paying any of their vendors such as their public relations agent, their web design firm, and numerous employees who had been hired as independent contractors. There has been litigation pending against them in California and Tennessee for the past two years but all their locations have shut down and attorneys have been unable to locate the company’s directors or any assets to pursue. Complaints have been made to the Euronext stock exchange asking that the company’s shares be delisted but no reply has been received.
ATI Petroleum was a Matthews Morris sponsored company as was New Millennium Medical, both with Florida registrations and both having had their shares heavily promoted by boiler rooms. Both have "gone down" - ATI Petroleum has apparently done a runner and NMM has gone
bust.
