VALTECH : Valtech shareholders’ club


Valtech is pleased to announce the launching of its shareholders' club. The aim is to foster the understanding of the business of Valtech for its shareholders.

By joining the club, Valtech's shareholders will receive information about Valtech for free, such as press releases and shareholders' letters. Shareholders will also be able to register in order to receive other documents from Valtech such as annual reports and notices of summons to general meetings.

Being a member of the club will also allow Valtech's shareholders to attend meetings that are exclusively dedicated to them.

This club aims at developing a close relationship between Valtech and its shareholders and thus fostering the conditions for a dialogue on a regular basis.
