OL GROUPE : NEW STADIUM FINANCING - BOND ISSUE

On 27 July 2013, in the context of financing the new stadium, OL Groupe announced that Foncière du Montout, a wholly-owned subsidiary, had signed bond financing agreements totalling €112 million, including €80m with the Vinci group, and €32 million with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

In this context, on 28 February 2014, Foncière du Montout issued the two first tranches of these bonds for a total of €51 million, including €40 million subscribed to by the Vinci group, and €11 million by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

Foncière du Montout has today issued the second tranches of these bonds for a total of €51 million, including €40 million subscribed to by the Vinci group, and €11 million by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).

As the first and second tranches of these bonds are the same, the total amount issued by Foncière du Montout now totals €102 million. The remaining €10 million will be subscribed to by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) in June 2015.
