OL Groupe announced on 27 July 2013 that Foncière du Montout, a wholly-owned subsidiary, had signed an agreement with a pool of 11 banks granting it access to a senior, mini-perm type bank loan of €136.5 million, maturing in seven years, as part of the new stadium financing package.
In this context, Foncière du Montout has announced that all the conditions precedent for the bank loan have been met and that the banking pool has now made the first instalment of the credit line available. It will be progressively drawn down until the end of the new stadium construction period.
