Homair Vacances announces the completion of the acquisition of Eurocamp with the English Holidaybreak group, following the share purchase agreement that has been announced last June.
All conditions precedent have been satisfied during last weeks, including the approval of the United Kingdom antitrust authorities.
This acquisition allows Homair Vacances to reinforce its leadership of European outdoor holhidays, with approximately 15,000 mobile-homes located on around 300 campsites situated principally in France, Spain, Italy and Croatia.
