Hervé Payan, 41, will be responsible for developing Steria's "transformation services" offer, which combines consulting and systems integration. This offer is led by Steria's 2,000 consultants and merges core business and technological expertise to transform the business processes and information systems of key accounts and enable them to take full advantage of technological innovation.
Hervé Payan will also be in charge of developing vertical solutions for Steria and for managing international key accounts.
Before joining Steria, Hervé Payan was, from mid 2005, Director of the Consulting business at EDS Consulting EMEA, where he led a team of 1,200 consultants in 12 countries.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, he began his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen Management in 1989.
In 1991, he moved to Singapore to work for BNP as leading financial analyst.
In 1993, he joined Capgemini as a Manager in the Banking and Telecoms division. From 1997 to 2002, he was Principal at the Paris office of consulting firm AT Kearney.
