GLOBAL ECOPOWER : Signature of a new contract for the construction of a 10.25 MW wind farm

Aix-en-Provence (France), May 19th, 2014. Global EcoPower (FR0011289198 - ALGEP), a turnkey constructor of power plants using renewable energy sources, announces the signature with SAS Tramomarina (Leonidas Associates Group) of a new contract of assistance to the project's owner and construction of a wind farm with an installed capacity of 10.25 MW in the town of Soulanges, in the Marne department (51).

Prior to the signing of this contract, Global EcoPower advised the Leonidas Associates group for the acquisition of this SAS from the incumbent wind project developer. The company has, to date, all the authorizations and permits and has secured all plots necessary for the construction of the wind farm.

At the same time, Global EcoPower has also conducted the negotiations, on behalf of its client:

• With the turbine supplier Senvion (ex-Repower), for delivery of five MM92 turbines with a nominal capacity of 2.05 MW and for the establishment of a 15-year maintenance contract for this wind farm.
• With the local farmers and owners, for all the necessary land securing agreements for the construction and operation of the plant.

The earthworks (accesses, platforms) will start in September 2014 for a connection of the wind farm to the ERDF grid scheduled in 2015.

The turnover corresponding to this new site will be recognized partly in the fiscal year 2014 and partly in 2015.

This contract brings to 74.25 MW the installed capacity of the four wind farms built in France on behalf of third parties.

Other wind projects in France are currently under negotiation and audit.
