CCA International, specialized in outsourced customer relations management, achieved 2007 sales of ¤ 68.5 million. On a like-for-like basis, corresponding to the Group current structure excluding CCA West, a non strategic subsidiary disposed on 30 June 2007, sales are in line with 2006.

CCA International did not achieve its organic growth target.
Operations in France represent 75% of the Group's Sales. On a like-for-like basis, the Sales decline of 3.4%, mainly because of the poor business development performance.
However, new contracts signed at the end of the year should gain momentum from the first half of 2008.
In addition, France Telecom renewed its contract with CCA International in 2007 for a three years period.
International operations, which represent 25% of the Group's Sales, increased by nearly 12% year-on-year. This run-up relates primarily to the 43% growth of the UK subsidiary, that opened a new site in Bristol. The Spanish subsidiary delivered as well more that 10% growth.
Creation of a subsidiary in Morocco
To enhance its near-shore offering, CCA International has created a subsidiary in Morocco, launching its activities in Tangiers.
New reference shareholder
Fonds Partenaire Gestion and LFPI - private equity vehicles of the Lazard Group - became core shareholder of CCA International, investing via the holding Finapertel, in which the Management of the Group is also involved.
This major change will enable the Group to continue its strategy of strengthening its presence on key European markets through both organic and external growth, as well as developing its offshore offering.
