AEROWATT : 2009 Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting


Saran, 20 April 2009 - The shareholders of Aérowatt, a producer of green electricity in France, are invited to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday 29 May 2009 at 10:00 am at the company's head office, located at 341, rue des Sables de Sary in Saran (45770).

About Aérowatt

An independent producer of electricity made from renewable energies in metropolitan France and French overseas départements and territories, Aérowatt is active in all the phases of its wind and solar plants' development, from site identification to the sale of electricity.

Owner and operator on 31 December 2008 of 22 wind plants representing 69 MW and 17 solar sites equivalent to 2.8 MWp, Aérowatt has a project portfolio of over 1,600 MW. Its installed capacity objective for its own account is 350 MW of wind power and 50 MWp of solar power by the end of 2013.

At the end of 2008, Aérowatt had 45 employees, 20 of whom were dedicated to project development.
